Responsibilities

· Performing enrolment consultations with prospective students

· Driving enrolment targets of the organisation

· Providing a superior enrolment experience to prospective students through excellent programme knowledge and friendly and helpful service

Ensure all interaction are of a high standard and compliant with institutional rules and regulatory requirements.

Essential working experience

· 1 – 2 years sales experience

Outbound contact centre experience advantageous
Private Education-related experience advantageous
Qualifications

· Minimum qualification of Matric or equivalent

Any other sales related courses would be advantageous
