BRYANSTON
R360 000 per annum including Medical Aid & Prov Fund
Additional end of year bonus
Additional Petrol/Cell Phone Cards
R10 000 commission per unit over 36 unit target

Our client is looking for a dynamic and dedicated internal Estate Agent to assist in the sale of free hold stands in already beautifully established estates as well as new developments in Gauteng. Candidates must be currently registered with the EAAB.

What they want:
• NQF4 qualification – NOT NEGOTIABLE
• 4 years residential estate agency experience
• Fidelity Fund Certificate – not negotiable
• Own vehicle is essential
• Good Communication and negotiations skills
• Highly presentable, energetic, flexible
• Preference will be given to bilingualism Eng/Zulu or Eng/Afrikaans
• Professional Sales People – Presentable, Energetic, Young and able to handle themselves in a corporate environment
