ETHICS, RISK & COMPLIANCE MANAGER – GAUTENG (EE position )

An opportunity for an experienced Ethics, Risk & Compliance Manager to join a leading global company based in Gauteng.
The primary function of this position is to support the ERC Function Head in the effective implementation of company ERC policies to ensure the Business Unit complies with the local country legislative framework (external) and with all relevant internal policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

Key Competencies:
Control & Risk Management: a business control expert with a clear objective to eliminate and/or significantly mitigate business and associated financial risks across the organization.
Ability to coordinate own compliance work with internal & external auditors and other internal compliance functions.

Good business Acumen and Commercial knowledge is essential with strong leadership capabilities.

Experience Required:
Audit or Business administration experience.
Business Control and Project Management experience acquired through leading or participating in:
* SOX and/or Financial Control implementation projects
* systems and/or business process implementation projects
Implementation and control of Company Policies.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Proficiency in SAP
Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills (a must)
