A motivated creative, professional and energetic Exec Chef who is passionate about Food, and Cuisine Creations.

To be responsible for menu creation, all health and hygiene requirements, maintenance of the kitchen and kitchen admin along with budget and stock control.

Minimum requirements;

An internationally recognized Degree or Diploma in culinary skills.
5 years of Premier/5 star Executive Chef Experience.
5 years of International food preparation experience.
A history of superior food preparation in the form of references and or a portfolio.
Advanced Supervisory experience and skills.
Mentoring/training skills and experience.

Strong leader with confidence and calm in the work environment.
Positive and strong individual able to encourage team work.
Passionate and pro-active towards training and development.
Excellent Guest Relations skills.
Able to problem solve and think out of the box.
In control of quality & high standards of cuisine.
Consistency of meals and ingredients used in recipes.
Creating menus according to high standards of the Hotel /Game Lodge Group.
Be involved in training and guiding of all service staff.
Ensure the appearance and hygiene of all kitchen and service staff is up to standard.

Salary R 25 000 - R 30 000 including accommodation & company benefits.
