Execution Agent Transport (AA & Disabled applicant)
Area: Fourways, Gauteng
Salary: R12000 to R16000 P/M Depending on experience
Purpose of the position:
Tracks and analyses On Time Loading and Delivery as well as updating the relevant Track and Trace system.
Manages carriers, pallets, accidents and incidents and executes the required actions associated with these.
Logs and handles incident tickets related to carriers, deliveries, pallets, accidents and incidents.
Ensures accurate and timeous information is provided for necessary reporting dashboards.

Duties:
Management and reporting of accidents and incidents
? Ensure the required reporting processes are followed to pro-actively report accidents, hi-jacking, and incidents
o Review event management dashboard and co-ordinate actions with operations management
• CRM Tickets
o Raise and create tickets as per requirements and ensure that all incidents of deviations have ticket number allocated as per guidelines provided
o Manage the authorisation process to obtain required tickets from the Client
o Ensure remedies provided are within the required specifications to allow for accurate event management of items impacting service delivery to the client
• Daily / Weekly Reporting
o Ensure that all dashboard items are completed by the respective personnel and submitted timeously
o Attend site and relevant meetings, bring forth issues and actions to resolve

Qualifications
Grade 12 (Matric)
• Tertiary Qualification in Road Freight Management

Minimum Requirements
• 2-3 Years’ Experience in Transport Environment, Specifically Transportation and Capacity Management
