The Executive Chef will manage the kitchen, develop menus and delectable recipes.
The ideal candidate for this position is creative, enthusiastic, and passionate
about uncomplicated real food.
We believe in farm to table and supporting local suppliers.

Requirements

Develop menus and recipes
Hard working creative self-motivated exec Chef
Purchase food
Stock control with the assistance of the stock controller
Adhere to Covid-19 hygiene regulations for the kitchen
Hire, train and supervise kitchen team
Stay current on restaurant and industry trends
Identify new culinary techniques and presentations
Host food and wine evenings with the winemaker
Culinary degree
3 - 4 years’ experience in an exec chef position.
Demonstrate knowledge of current restaurant trends, suppliers and industry players
Comfortable to present a menu in front of diners
Leadership and passion

Salary R 35 000 monthly -  with company benefits.
