On behalf of our client we are seeking for an Executive Director. The Executive Director will ensure services delivered are consistent with the vision, mission and core values of the company. The Executive Director will work collaboratively with the Management Teams and other Directors from the other service areas. The Executive Director will ensure that the agency's integrated services meet the requirements of Child and Family Services and other applicable Acts and that they are in line with the goals of the company policies, practices, and culture, Ministry licensing, service standards, and the agency's policies and procedures. The Executive Director will develop and maintain professional effective working relations with staff members, First Nations and other community service providers; assist with the development of policies, procedures and work plans and develop an organization where we are an employer of choice; and other duties that may be assigned by the TCFS Inc. Board of Directors.
