REQUIREMENTS:
Hons: B Com (Hons) in Financial Management;
A formal retirement fund management qualification;
A formal employee benefit funds administration qualification
7+ Years’ hands-on in senior accounting and financial
management;
7+ Years’ hands-on in retirement fund
administration;
7+ Years’ hands-on in employee benefit funds administration.
Excellent command of the English language and a reasonable understanding of Afrikaans
Financial Sector Conduct Authority rules and regulations
General accounting/formal monthly management accounts/Retirement Fund packages/software/budgeting
Pensions Funds Act and other applicable legislation
Computer literate: MS Office, particularly Word, Excel
Pastel and other accounting packages and other applicable information systems
Proper and formal financial reporting;
Key Stakeholder Relationships Internal and External
