EXECUTIVE OFFICER – PORT ELIZABETH
A Voluntary Association of Professionals is looking for a talented and ambitious new Executive Officer with proven administrative skills.
The duties of the Executive Officer are sub-divided into three categories:
1) Sales and Marketing
2) Event planning
3) General Administration
Minimum Skills Required:
? Ability to work independently, prioritise daily workload, ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and concurrently.
? Ability to take the initiative when required
? Good organisational and time management skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Software skills to include MS Office Suite and must have the ability to manage and create content on all Social Media platforms.
? Basic bookkeeping skills
? Valid Code B Driver’s License is essential / own transport advantageous
? Previous sales experience would be advantageous
This is a flexi hour position where the candidate will be required to work 20 hrs per week and will be required to work overtime when hosting events.
The candidate would be based at the Offices in Central but would-be able work from home from time to time. While not in the office the candidate needs to be contactable via cell phone during normal office hours.
Full spec of position will be available to shortlisted candidates.
