Requirements
• Matric
• Diploma in Business Admin or Office Administration Advantageous
• Experience in Minute-Taking/Shorthand Advantageous
• 2 - 3 Years’ experience in a Similar position within a professional Environment
• Fully Computer Literate (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent written and Verbal Communication Skills in English as well as Telephone Etiquette
• Excellent Organizational, Project Management & Problem Solving Skills
• Attention to Detail
• Accuracy
• Ability to take initiative

Brief Job Description
The successful incumbent will be required/ be responsible for:
• Providing full administrative and secretarial support to the CEO
• Minute-taking in all management meetings as well as arranging management conferences
• Maintain CEO’s calendar – plan and schedule external / internal meetings, attend internal meetings and taking minutes
• Responsible for arranging travel and accommodation for the CEO and management
• Responsible for answering and screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests and handling them when appropriate
• Meeting and greeting clients at all levels of seniority
• Dealing with incoming emails, faxes and post
• Assistance with collating all information pertinent to the B-BBEE certification
• Assisting, filing & record keeping of all applications for new pharmacies and wholesale licensing
• Responsible for arranging of all events throughout the year as well as the year-end function
• Responsible for setting up exhibition stands at healthcare conferences
• Responsible for online grocery purchases
• Maintaining of Company Organogram
• Maintaining regulatory files
• Typing up of all changes to SOPs
• Catering for meetings and functions when required
• Promoting a professional image of the company
