Executive Personal Assistant - Pretoria
The candidate would be responsible for ensuring that our managing director works as effectively and efficiently as possible by supporting him in various business aspects.
The candidate would also be responsible for various Office Management responsibilities and would also be responsible for insurance and the claims that arise from this.
We are looking for someone with the following experience:
Intermediate knowledge of excel
At least 2 years previously working as an executive personal assistant.
Experience in working with insurance and claims, preferably marine insurance
Experience in managing an office effectively and a proven track record in doing so
Experience in organising successful functions
We are looking for someone with the following characteristics:
Be able to handle pressure and deadlines
Able to get through a large amount of work quickly
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant
The salary for this position would be based on experience.
