A popular Fast Food brand is looking for an experienced, energetic and enthusiastic Fast Food Restaurant Manager for their store in Bloemfontein

Responsibilities

? Ensure effective management of the operations of the Restaurant in accordance with the companies policies and procedures
? Implement systems and plans regarding all aspects of restaurant management
? Monitor progress against plans and take corrective action where necessary
? Communicate plans to other restaurant managers, Supervisors and staff
? Support and coach restaurant staff as required
? Administer progressive discipline as needed
? Ordering and control of stock in accordance with restaurant requirements and sales history
? Effective scheduling of restaurant staff
? Ensure correct cash handling and restaurant banking procedures are followed
? Managing of controllable expenses
? Submitting of relevant Restaurant reports
? Ensure customer satisfaction and handling of customer complaints

Requirements

? Grade 12
? Good command of English is essential, also Sotho, Afrikaans would be beneficial
? Minimum of 3 years Fast Food Management experience
? Micros/GAAP or similar POS experience is essential
? Good all round computer skills
? Must be willing to work shifts
? Salary is dependent on skill set and operational experience
? Must be customer focussed and energetic
