Experienced Receptionist and General Administrator – Plettenberg Bay

A very busy property management company is looking for a Professional Receptionist and Administrator.

• Must have a min of 3 years’ experience in Reception in a busy office.
• Minimum of 3 years Office Administration experience.
• Experience in an estate agency or property management company an advantage.
• Matric minimum, tertiary qualification would be an advantage.
• Bilingual in English and Afrikaans essential.
• Microsoft Windows and Excel proficient
• Excellent Telephone and Communication technique
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure.
• Must be able to think on their feet and problem solve.
• Own car and license.
• Preferably living in Plett or close surrounds.
