Job Description:

Executing the strategic and vision of the company’s internal Stakeholders.
Defining long-term goals in line with the company’s strategy and developing clear plans to implement them.
Creating business plans to support the company’s financial objectives.
Retaining and continue to support existing customers and developing organic customer growth.
Anticipate client needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
Improving internal processes and ensuring employees work as a cohesive unit.
Manage all aspects of the business’s day to day functions including but not limited to development, administration, accounting, HR, sales and marketing strategies.
Maintain and expand the product as directed by the business strategy.
Maintain adherence to industry and related legal practices and requirements.
Report to internal stakeholders on items such as finance, performance.

Qualifications:

At least 8 years’ experience in a similar role
A formal IT or relevant business qualification
5 years’ experience in managing software development teams and deploying and implementing software.
5 years’ experience in a senior leadership and management position.
Strong knowledge of building & designing IT systems.
Knowledge of ISP systems and industry is a strong advantage.
Knowledge of Radius is a strong advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Excellent understanding of financial management.
Demonstrate the ability to plan and manage a company’s performance.
Manage operations and processes within budget.
Demonstrate the ability to increase efficiencies and productivity of resources.
Ability to enforce and maintain high standards, even under pressure.
General and senior management capabilities.
