RedCat Recruitment is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced EXTERNAL SALES CO-ORDINATOR for a large organization. Position based in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Grade 12.
IMM Diploma or similar would be an added advantage.
English / Zulu speaking person (read, write, speak).
Valid Code 10 driver’s license and PDP license. Preferably own reliable transport.
Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet).
Effective interpersonal, selling, negotiation and communication skills at management level.
2yrs+ previous external sales representative experience in the rubber industry.
2yrs+ experience in the commercial rubber / tyre industry.
2yrs+ mounting and demounting knowledge and experience.
Attend customer sites / premises and deliver service and sales (24/7) as per the customer’s service level agreements to meet agreed annual sales plan.
Develop business plans with reporting line manager to meet and improve customer base and sales.
Maintain current customer base and increase the sales with new business.
Manage the activities of the service van to ensure that financial and administrative standards and procedures are met.
Manage the stock and assets of the service van to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and to eliminate stock losses,
Complete all job cards / fleet inspections and associated paperwork to company standards.
Good understanding of customer services and ability to reduce customers total cost of ownership.
