External Sales Representative - Kwazulu-Natal (Inland Region) - Ref: 1197624

Do you have a talent for sales? Are you passionate about customer service? Do you have a technical sales background in mechanical or electrical products together with 5 years experience in sales of pneumatic, hydraulic or linear motion products?

If so you are the candidate our client is looking for.

Position details:

Servicing and expanding an existing customer base.
Achieving or exceeding set sales budgets.
Compiling quotations for customers as well as the follow-up of outstanding quotations.
Maintaining an up-to-date quote register and sales prospect list.
Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of the company product range.
Initiating, planning and executing sales calls.
Assist customers with applications using Linear, Pneumatic, Assembly technology and Electric Drive products.
Identify and target new customers and users of Industrial Automation products.

Location (country, city): Kwa-Zulu Natal (Inland Region)

Job Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

Post Matric technical qualification or equivalent.
A technical sales background in mechanical or electrical products.
5 years’ experience in sales of pneumatic, hydraulic or linear motion products is essential.
Good working knowledge of MS Office programs and Syspro.
Good communication and people skills.
General sales admin experience.
