EXTERNAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Requirements:
- Candidates with Matric and a relevant Sales/Marketing Diploma/degree with minimum 5 years Sales Rep experience and at least 2 years’ experience within a production environment can apply.
- HR Management experience/courses will be an advantage
- good computer skills in MS Office and Syspro
- must be willing to travel
- strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings
- Sound knowledge of South African roof sheeting industry will be to your advantage
- Valid driver’s license in essential
Duties will include:
- Ensure subordinates are productive
- Manage and put systems in place
- Meet and improve annual budgets
- Supervising and motivating teams
- Ensure all legal obligations are met
- Quotations
- Monthly material forecasts
- General admin
- Assist with tender pricing
- Maintain customer database and pricelists
- Client service which includes visits, queries, complaints, follow up on orders and credit applications.
