Job Description:

Maintain overhead/shift
Achievement of planned production requirements
Minimize product rejection percentage
Standby for technical troubleshooting on machines
stand-in for Extrusion Manager in his absence 
Manage the staff
Manage all equipment’s 
Quality checks 
Maintaining the BRC/IOP standard 
Health & safety in the workplace 
Consumable storage and maintains
Raw material availability and accessibility / Scrap minimization 

Qualifications

Grade 12 or above
Minimum 2 years’ experience at manager level
Ability to plan and prioritise effectively
Need to be able to lead and assist team
Good Problem solving and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail
Good communication skills
Technical Skills
