Job requirements:

Proficiency on Pastel Evolution accounting software.
Proficiency on Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and Outlook.
Knowledge about stock control procedures.
Good communication skills as needs to be able to communicate with suppliers and staff.
Excellent numeracy skills.
Ability to work long hours to get job done.
Logic and foresight required.
Financial accounting background will be an advantage.

Job description:

Processing of all beverage usage dockets from camps, wine cellar, cooler boxes, stores, etc.
Processing of all beverage transfers to various warehouses.
Processing of all beverage invoices.
Processing of processing of invoices for stationery, uniform, maintenance, crockery, cutlery, glassware, ops items, other randoms.
Processing orders for beverages, stationery, other randoms.
Receiving deliveries from suppliers, double checking items received against orders, following up on errors.
Arranging shopping trip.
Receiving shopping trip, double checking received items against orders, following up on errors, and dispatching goods to correct departments.
Issuing of goods such as stationery, uniform, medical supplies, cutlery, crockery etc.
Stock takes on beverages, maintenance, stationery, uniform, crockery, cutlery, glassware, ops items, etc.
Ensuring storemen are on top of duties and ensuring the basics are always done such as ensuring ice freezer is full, cooler boxes are neat, glass bottles are being filled, etc.
Assisting with any random issues which arise, ie bottling plant not producing sparkling water, follow up, trouble shoot and ensure problem is rectified.
Checking wine cellar neatness and ensuring stock is always topped up.
Monitoring stock movement and identifying any issues, possible stock theft, etc.
Ensuring store is kept neat.
Assisting with evening standby on the radio and assisting camps with any issues which may need to be done in the evenings.
Duties will involve above but are not limited to and other tasks may be added with time.
