FOOD AND BEVERAGE MANAGER – Stellenbosch

We are on the hunt for an Experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join a young, dynamic restaurant team, in the heart of Stellenbosch.

The ideal candidate must be a passionate and energetic candidate and be able to work in a focused and extremely high pressure environment.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Maintaining the Bar and Coffee GP percentage
• Costings
• Ordering and Stock control
• Procurement
• Training front of house personnel
• Managing the floor during service
• Interviewing and securing new personnel
• Rostering
• Overseeing the planning and running of functions

REMUNERATION: R15 000 – R18 000 (Plus incentives. These will be discussed during the interview)

TRADING TIMES: Breakfast through dinner Monday to Saturday, and only breakfast and lunch on Sundays.

AVAILABILITY: Dependant on the interview process.
