Purpose of the job:
To maintain projects and capex support systems in ensuring efficient execution of the capital investment portfolio
Balanced Scorecard Pillars, Roles and Responsibilities:

Capital Budgeting:
Coordinate annual budgeting process for Capital Assets
Create and maintain capital asset acquisitions on project schedules and on SAP

Fixed Asset & Operating leases Maintenance
Fixed Asset maintenance on SAP
Fixed Asset reporting for month-end, year-end and financial audits.
Coordinate and maintain financial information on operating leases.

Financial Reporting
Prepare and maintain monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
Prepare and maintain monthly financial information for Winterveld Club.
Prepare Month-end management accounts on BPC.

Cash Forecasting
Forecast cash flow for capital funding and operating leases.

Treasury
Loading of payments on Standard Bank online for authorisation/release.

Requirements

Minimum qualifications:
Accounting Degree or Technikon Diploma
Computer Literate MS (Office and Projects)
