It is a Direct Sales Agent (Insurance) position, where you will be trained from TRAINEE to TRAINER to TRAINEE OWNER and finally to FRANCHISE OWNER, hence experience is not a necessity as you will be trained from ground root.
What Will You Do?
• You are the primary contact for our clients.
• You start each day excited to establish new relationships while continuing to nurture existing ones.
• You love interacting with people.
• Your excellent customer service skills are an essential part of your success, as you spend a lot of time chatting with clients in person.
• It is rewarding to see your efforts contribute to our success and yours!
Our minimum requirements would be a University Degree and 5 years related work experience…BUT THAT IS NOT THE CASE with us we only need a person with a PASSED GRADE 12, SOUTH AFRICAN ID and a SMART PHONE with a POSITIVE AND MOTIVATED ATTITUDE.
