A leading Non-Profit Organisation is looking for dynamic, experienced Face to Face Marketers to join their team in Johannesburg. This voluntary non-profit organization is cause based and has lifesaving as a key purpose among other. The role involves raising funds in shopping centres and at events and is perfect for someone that is passionate about the environment and oceanic rescue services.

Duties:
• Promoting and Selling on behalf of a cause-based service (charity) and engaging with patrons / potential customers at malls or events
• Actively approaching patrons with the aim of signing them up (selling) to be financial contributors for the cause-based service
• Ensuring that sales targets are met and increased
• Constantly finding new ways to reach target audiences
• Working hours: 5 hours a day, 6 days a week on a rotating roster

Requirements:
• Proven record of face to face sales of at least 2 years
• Must be performance driven (must have experience in meeting sales targets)
• Must be available to travel up to 2 weeks out of 4 to various events
• Must have own license and own reliable vehicle
• Clear criminal record
• Matric qualification
• Clear credit record
