MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Degree/Diploma in Nursing Field i.e. Diploma General Nursing Science / BCur Degree
• Minimum of 5 to 10 years’ Management Experience in a Hospital Environment with a nursing background i.e. Unit Manager followed by Hospital Manager / Nursing Services Manager
• Current SANC Registration

DUTIES:
• Ensures the team achieve the best possible outcome for patients by using a person-centred approach
• Ensures the team prevent risk and ensure the highest possible quality standards according to policies, processes and tasks, legislative requirements and LEAN principles
• Identify, develop and adhere to personal and team development plans to ensure focused and co-ordinated teams in line with company strategy
• Ensure the management of operational, staffing and capital expenses according to financial principles and budget
• Ensure effective management of human resources
