The Facility Manager will be based in Durban, and will be responsible for the effective and efficient day to day running of the laboratory and office environment procuring and managing all requirements.
The Facility Manager will be responsible for managing of reception duties, dealing with all suppliers and service providers, liaising with body corporate maintenance teams & project managing office and laboratory advancements. They will work with the Finance department in Cape Town for processing of payments and related documentation.
They will need to ensure the availability and functioning of all office & technical equipment at all times enabling the office to run at a world class standard of excellence.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, action-orientation and attention to detail are critical competencies required, along with strong organisational and planning skills.
The successful candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience in office administration and a relevant qualification. A bachelors’ degree is highly advantageous.
