FACTORY MANAGER – MAPUTO

Our company is seeking a Factory Manager in the Tobacco Manufacturing Industry.
Candidates having relevant experience of 7 – 20 years in the Tobacco Manufacturing Industry.

KEY RESPONIBILITIES

• Planning and organising production schedules
• Setting Production Targets and ensuring that they are met
• Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met
• Determining quality control standards
• Overseeing production processes
• Candidate should be pro-efficient in both English and Portuguese.
• Employ, interview, monitor and conduct disciplinary methods for all subordinates.
• Perform with teams and supply chain management to ensure stable stream of inventory.
• Write and present employee performance reviews along with recommend financial increases.
• Manage production planning, instrument manufacturing, purchasing and shipping departments.
• Must be available immediately
