ProStaffSelect are recruiting for a HIGHLY POLISHED, PROFESSIONAL and dynamic FEMALE Assistant Restaurant Manager / ADMIN MANAGER for this well known Eat Out Top 10 awarded a la carte restaurant in Woodstock
The IDEAL candidate must have previous a la carte RESTAURANT Service AND PEOPLE Management experience as well as strong beverage, stock control. Poiint of Sale and Back of House with sound administration and COSTING experience.
This is a very high profile and busy operation with a team of 8 FOH staff.
Minimum Requirements:
5 - 6 years previous fine dining a la carte / award winning or 5-star hotel restaurant experience.
Formal qualification in hotel or restaurant management.
Highly organised and systematic individual.
Previous experience in F&B COST CONTROLS, and Point of Sale Systems.
High proficiency and levels of accuracy in finances and passion for controls and investigating variances.
Young and energetic individuals who are accustomed to hospitality industry demands and work conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily bookings on DinePlan, as well as invoices, emails and correspondence and the control advance bookings and deposits
Staff scheduling and meetings to discuss menu highlights, set up requirements and service standards
High proficiency needed in Point of Sale and Back of House software as well as Excel, Word and Office
Proven success and abilities in planning, organising and staff management
Passion for FOOD and WINE pairing
Experience in procurement / sourcing of hiring of staff and equipment
Good people skills, resourceful thinker & innovative worker

Able to deal with the head chef and kitchen team and liaise with all staff.
