Female Manager Mining Operations
Job Outputs
To manage all mining operations personnel in achieving set production targets and to lead, motivate and support all section heads in the implementing and maintenance of all strategic goals, which includes but not limited to:
o Mining Operations
o Budget management and control
o Strategic leadership and influence
o Customer relationship management
o SHERQ adherence and compliance
o Work Ethics.

Qualifications:
• National Diploma / B.Degree / B.Tech Degree in Mining Engineering
• Government Certificate of Competency as Mine Manager
• Post Graduate qualification: MBA / MBL / MDP or Equivalent

Experience:
• Minimum of eight (8) years operational Mining Engineering or Mine Overseer experience (Essential);
• Minimum of five (5) years management experience, of which at least 3 years must be on middle management level (Essential);
• Minimum of two (2) years surface mining experience desired

Remuneration:
