A Stationery company is looking for a Field Marketer, for a maternity cover, for a period of four months, the aim of this function is to service an existing customer base in Port Elizabeth and surrounding areas. This is a fixed term contract.

Duties & Responsibilities:



· Achieving targeted sales and servicing customers

· Collecting customer feedback

· Maintaining and increasing sales

· Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base

· Identifying opportunities and opening new accounts

· Building the brand through negotiating of the best possible space and exposure

· Adhering to the required merchandising standards and/or layout of the stores

· Compiling of sales figures

Key Competencies:

· Ability to work independently as well as with others


· Ability to communicate well with others both oral and written

· Excellent time management and organisational skills

Minimum Requirements:

· Grade 12 with exemption pass

· Valid code 08 drivers’ licence

· Must be willing to travel and sleep out as and when required

· Previous merchandising experience essential

· FMCG sales experience essential
