The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

To attend to any queries or requests as received from CRM agents, onsite at the
customer’s premises, including but not limited to:
• Delivery of stock or spares
• Repairs to or swap of devices
• Training / education of vendors
• Value added sales and marketing activities

Time management
• Adhering to working hours, including weekend duty hours if required

Maintain tools of trade
• Ensure your vehicle is always roadworthy and clean.
• Maintain company standard with regards to any company supplied or funded
equipment including cell phones and tablets.

Stock management
• Follow the correct procedures for booking out and returning devices within the
specified times
• Ensure that all stock is booked in before the month end stock take.

Admin
• Complete all paperwork as required by the company and deliver said paperwork
timeously.
• Keep a detailed logbook of all business-related travel.
• Ensure that tickets are logged for every call and said tickets are attended to and
closed by the relevant CRM agent.
• Follow Field Policy and Procedures with regards to vehicle usage, cell phone usage, petrol card and tools of trade.

In order to be considered for the position, the following requirements must be
met:
• Matric or NTC 3 Electronics Certificate
• Currently working on MS Office (Excel and Outlook)
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Ability to work over weekends, standby and overtime from time to time
• English written and verbal proficiency
• Min 1-year Customer Service experience
• Excellent clear and comprehensible communication skills
• Previous experience in training customers on new products
• Experience and or ability to learn new applications quickly – industry software
and handheld applications
• Comfortable to work in rural and remote areas
• Able to work extended hours and perform weekend duties when required
