Job Description:

Responsible for customer master maintenance, invoicing, collections, cash applications, ageing review & customer reconciliations.
Preparation and submission of monthly VAT and PAYE returns.
Month-end and quarterly journal processing.
Monthly reconciliation of balance sheet control accounts.
Monthly payroll processing.
Assistance with other ad-hoc finance projects
Supervising & managing junior staff who assist in the accounts receivable department.

Qualifications:

Completed SAIPA articles with relevant degree
2-3 years’ experience in relevant accounting/procurement environment
Extensive e-filing experience
Must demonstrate basic knowledge and ability to work with MS Word, Power Point, Internet navigation and e-mail usage.
