Leading Distribution company is seeking a Finance Administrator to start on the 11th January (non-negotiable) for a 3 month contract initially.
Responsibilities:
Full Creditors function (Local & Foreign Suppliers)
Cashbook processing
Banking- loading of payment batches/ bank admin
Assisting with Debtors when required
Assisting with General Ledger reconciliations when required
Petty Cash/ Capturing credit card transactions
Fixed Assets
Email Daily KPI’s to management team
General Admin Duties
Requirements:
Matric – Accounting and Mathematics
MS Office, Word & Excel at an intermediate level.
Previous experience with SAP/ SAP S4 Hanna – added advantage
Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
