Our client is looking to employ an experienced candidate who is responsible for providing financial and legal advice to Senior Management, as well as ensuring compliance with applicable laws and legislation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial Management and Reporting:
Manage the annual financial targets and performance set against business plans, targets, sales results, EBITDA, cost control and pricing.
Activity analysis, budgeting, forecasting and compliance
Company Secretarial and Compliance duties
Risk Management

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Com Accounting or B.Com Law
Minimum of 5 years in a Financial Manager/similar position
High-level understanding of accounting regulations and practices.
Strong systems control, organisational, communication and process improvement
Experience with integrated operational systems is essential.
