Accounts Assistant Kommetjie, Noordhoek Cape Town

Our client a FMCG Food concern based in Kommetjie, Noordhoek Cape Town is looking for an Accounts assistant working on PASTEL PARTNER with at least 2-3 years’ experience working in the finance department with pastel experience. Prior Export Sales Documentation experience will be an advantage.

Salary Negotiable + pension after probation period

Responsibilities
• Pastel accounts for 4 non trading companies – PASTEL PARTNER
• Bank recon and payments filing for 1 company – pastel
• Experience in Accounts overall of 2 years plus
• Some experience needed to assist with Export sale documents
• Capture production reports on pastel stock system
• Monthly recon and journals for payroll
• WCA claims and annual returns
• Other adhoc admin in the accounts / admin office
• Staying close to Kommetjie would also be an advantage
