Job Title: Finance Clerk
Area: Kuruman
Salary: R8 000.00 – R12 000.00 per month (Medical + Provident)

Requirements:
? Grade 12 with Accounting as a subject.
? Previous experience in a similar environment will be an advantage.
? Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
? Good accuracy and attention to detail skills in order to maintain high standards in work output. Ability to function independently.
? A bookkeeping qualification and reconciliation experience are minimum requirements.
? At least three years’ experience in a similar position.
? The ability to identify and demonstrate company values.
? Understands the interrelationships between business processes.
? Utilises self-management techniques in order to proactively improve own performance

Key Outputs
? Financial control which includes: Orders processed in accordance with Companies policies.
? Follow up on outstanding invoices.
? Accurate cost allocations and monthly provisions.
? Total responsibility of Petty Cash function.
? Cash book and banking, which includes monies received and banked as per procedure. Prepare cheques as per procedures.
? Provide financial reports and stats to management as required.
? Maintain client service principles to ensure client expectations are met.
? Asset control
? Budget control
? Auditing
