Main purpose for this role is to grow the division/entity through asset acquisitions. Focus on specific Asset Management and Property Management tasks, ranging from special projects in Financial to Operational spheres to improve businesses as a whole. Become skilled in asset management, stakeholder management, financial & technical due diligence, funding, acquisition and sale of assets, corporate finance & governance, analysis of the economy, industry, competitors and financial information of a business to make informed strategic, budgetary, operational, reporting and investment or disposal decisions and focus on both internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage priorities according to KPA document and Monthly One on Ones

Experience Required:
Over 3 years’ experience in a corporate finance environment, financial analyst, accounting or business process engineering role
Financial Analyst experience
Good report writing experience (Essential)
Property related experience

Education:
Post Graduate Financial, Economic or Engineering Degree (Essential)
