FINANCE COORDINATOR

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To be the system controller of the Transport Solutions ERP system.
Maintain EBMS and IAMM processes and procedures with in the Business Unit

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare month end reports and weekly financial progress reports required by GM: Finance
To be the first point of Contact in terms of arranging and removing access to the various modules of the new ERP System for employees
To log queries and issues with the ERP service provider as they arise
To Ensure Maintenance Contracts are maintained in terms of annual increases and expiry dates.
Prepare and ensure invoice registers and credit note registers are up to date for Vehicles, Parts, Workshop and Maintenance invoicing for Transport Solutions head office and the five branches
Coordinate capturing results of stock counts.
Assist finance staff with ad hoc queries.
Ensuring all administration requirements are met regarding bi yearly financial audits.
Ensuring records on ERP system are up to date.
Invoicing of Maintenance Contracts
Co ordinating the mapping and updating of processes for EBMS and IAMM purposes for the entire Business Unit monthly
Assist the GM: Finance in the administration of the upgraded ERP system

REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to work under pressure.
Must able to work without supervision.

Must have knowledge of a financial system.
Must be bilingual.
Communication – Ability to work with people at different levels within the organization.
Problem solving – Ability to solve problems without supervision.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Grade 12 certificate.
Minimum B Com Degree (In Progress or Complete)
Experience in Automate Evolve will be advantageous
Minimum 1 years experience in a similar role / position.
