Duties and Responsibilities:
• Managing all aspects of vehicle finance, insurance & aftermarket transactions
• Creating & implementing customer enthusiasm & owner loyalty strategies
• Offering financial alternatives consistent with customer requirements
• Adhere to strict government regulations and company policies & procedures, to ensure compliance
Minimum Requirements
• Min Grade 12
• Grade 12 Qualification
• Computer literate (Advanced)
• 3 - 4 yrs experience as a F&I manager within a dealership
• Valid unendorsed driver’s license
• 60 FAIS credits
• RE and NCA accredited
• Attention to detail, assertive and rule-bound
• Excellent communication skills (both written & verbally)
• Ability to perform under pressure & work independently
• Analytical skills & ability to make inferences from data
