The Rola Group is seeking dynamic fully qualified F&I’s for multiple positions in the Overberg (Bredasdorp / Swellendam) and Somerset West.

Duties & Responsibilities:
•Managing all aspects of vehicle finance, insurance & aftermarket transactions
•Creating & implementing customer enthusiasm & owner loyalty strategies
•Offering financial alternatives consistent with customer requirements
•Adhere to strict government regulations and company policies & procedures, to ensure compliance

Minimum Requirements:
•Min Grade 12
•Grade 12 Qualification
•Computer literate (Advanced)
•3 - 4 yrs experience as a F&I manager within a dealership
•Valid unendorsed driver’s license
•120 FAIS credits
•RE and NCA accredited
•Attention to detail, assertive and rule-bound
•Excellent communication skills (both written & verbally)
•Ability to perform under pressure & work independently
•Analytical skills & ability to make inferences from data
