Finance Manager

We are looking for a Finance Manager for a Renowned Company in Port Elizabeth.

Minimum Requirement:
A minimum qualification of post graduate Diploma: Professional Accountant in Practice.
Must have completed their articles.
Previous finance experience in an auditing company or in a similar role.

Duties:
The Finance Manager duties will include but not be limited to:
• Updating and maintaining accounting records for various entities.
• Manual tax calculations and submission of VAT201’s on e-Filing.
• Preparation of working papers, posting journals, updating spreadsheets.
• Preparation of monthly management accounts.
• Processing cash book entries.
• Reconciliation of bank accounts, instalment sales, depreciation and journals.
• Performing the full payroll function for various entities using our internal capturing process,
• (Fincon program) and SAGE VIP.
• Compiling Annual Financial Statements for individuals, trusts, companies & close corporations.
• Set up budgets, measure target vs actual and ensure financial success of each department and each entity.
