A manufacturing and operations company in Stellenbosch is currently looking for a Financial Accountant!
The company is looking for a very specific candidate one that has 3-5 years’ experience a financial environment, with exposure to operations and manufacturing.
The candidate would need a relevant financial degree or an equivalent qualification, be a self-motivated individual and a logical thinker, and be prepared to work beyond normal working hours, if so required.
The candidates responsibilities would include and not be limited to the following: bank reconciliations (all entities), assert registration and depreciation, loan accounts and interest calculations, intergroup rechargers, reconciliation of intergroup accounts, reconciliation of trademark portfolio, preparation of off-shore entity management accounts, reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, assisting with preparation of group income statements, revaluation of foreign currency accounts, monthly provision, approval of creditor reconciliations, and the overseeing of invoicing and assisting where necessary
