The Role

The role is responsible for recording day to day financial transactions, receipting debtors, billing.

Skills and Experience

• B.Com Graduate with 2 years operational experience is essential *********Very NB!
• Previous experience working on MDA is essential *********Very NB!
• Excellent Excel skills
• Computer Literacy, Numerical skills
• Sound communication skills in both written and verbal format
• Financial and accounting knowledge

Key Accountabilities

• Verify day to day financial transactions are recorded correctly
• Monitor and manage Petty cash recons
• Capturing creditors
• Performing cash recons.
• Receipting debtors
• Reporting
• Billing
• Financial Responsibility in absence of FM
• Perform other duties as and when requested, by Department Head or Manager within own area of abilities and responsibilities.
