Vacancy: Financial Manager (EE) - Durbanville

Job Description:

•To prepare and analyse financial reports for the region to the CFO, Global Finance Department, company management, and external partners in financial reporting, accounting and tax matters. Perform investigative financial analysis and execute problem solving.
•The support is achieved through accurate analysis and reporting, strong technical skills, development of financial analyst models and ensuring the financial integrity of the statutory accounting records/group management accounts.

•Corporate tax, transfer pricing and VAT
•Company Secretarial compliance and corporate governance

Qualifications:

•SAICA Qualified Chartered Accountant or completed Accounting Honours degree en-route to CA(SA)
•Completed SAICA articles preferred
•3- 5 years’ accounting/management accounting experience
•3 + years’ experience in general bookkeeping, Inventory, AR and AP management
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•High standards of accuracy and precision (attention to detail)
•Strong organizational skills
•Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
•High level of accountability and autonomy
•Driven and self-motivated
•High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel and finance – specific systems/programmes (ie. SAP, etc)
•Excellent people skills
•Strong technical accounting skills
•Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
•SAP system experience
