Job Description:

Delivery of efficient, accurate and on-time monthly financial information and management accounts to our clients
Analyse and interpret data in order to provide financial management information for decision making.
Responsible for connecting with a portfolio of clients and becoming a trusted advisor through nurturing and understanding our clients’ needs and coaching as required
Preparation and reconciliation of monthly group transactions (including foreign currency transactions and inter branch/company), e.g. royalty reports, provisions accounts etc. and as required.
Assist to implement and embed benchmark policies and procedures
Assist in digitising and innovating around finance systems and automation of processes
Assist with the annual group audit preparation, including audit files, balance sheet reconciliations and supporting documents, compliance and attend to audit queries, ensuring unqualified audit reports
Assist with preparations of quarterly and annual financial statements for the group (individual entities and consolidation), balance sheets reconciliations, supporting documents and movement for the period
Manage liabilities and commitments within budget and cashflow requirements, including recording, reconciliation and settlement

Qualifications:

BCom/ BCom Hons or similar qualification with completed articles
Minimum 5 years’ experience within a Corporate Group with a similar structure
Proficient in: MS Office Suite: (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint), ACCPAC /Sage 300 ERP or similar system, Automated Spend Management system advantageous (BPM – Business Process Manager or similar)
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
