Assured Life, a newly-licensed FSP set in the heart of Cape Town, requires a Financial Advisor with an RE5 qualification and Sales experience in the Insurance industry. The successful incumbent will offer information to clients to help them better understand cover varieties on offer, and ensure they are offered the best cover to suit their respective needs.

The Insurance Administrator position offers a basic salary of R7K /month. This is a full-time position: we don’t work on weekends or public holidays and tend to leave work early on Friday afternoons!

Skills required:

• Candidates must have their Matric/ Standard 10
• Candidates must have their RE5 certification
• Candidates must have 6 months' experience in the insurance and FSP industry (Credit Life, Funeral Cover, and Life Cover)
• Candidates must have proven sales experience preferably on a financial product, or business management experience (essential)

Desired Qualities:

• Customer Service background
• Strong knowledge of the Debt Review industry

Duties include:

• Ensuring all clients have a good understanding of Credit Life, Funeral Cover, and Life Cover
• Making sure that the cover provided is in the best interest of the client and the business
• Providing exceptional customer services in the insurance department
• Achieving sales targets set out by the Insurance Key Individual
• Remaining compliant on all sales, non-sales and query-related calls

This position is well suited to an individual who has proven financial product or business management experience. Only candidates with a solid insurance background will be considered for this role.
