Our client in the Property development and administration sector is seeking an experienced Financial Controller with a strong financial background and Property Industry Experience.

Strong recons and attention to detail are essential for this role.

Responsibilities will include:

Month end reporting
Debtors and Creditors
Loading leases
Tenant Recoveries
Capturing and Receipt of Tenant Deposits
Processing of Payments
Municipal Recons
Management Accounts
Preparation and submission of Vat Returns
Management Reporting
Minimum Requirements:

Tertiary Accounting Qualification – Degree or Diploma

Minimum 5 years Accounting experience

Strong Financial background.

Property experience essential
