Job Description:

Manage development of group budgets
Align internal processes in support of annual audit
Manage annual audit
Prepare and present financials at Board level
Design Group financial dashboard and maintain
Develop financial models for expansion of enterprise
Develop and implement company finance policies to support expansion
Develop models for investment purposes
Manage cashflow and cash spend on projects
Manage annual Group valuations process
Manage valuation of new investment opportunities
Oversee all shareholding and manage appointed staff
Group secretarial duties
Manage BBBEE compliance
Manage relationships with financial institutions
Negotiate financing terms
Oversee commercial contracts function
Provide leadership to Finance function staff appointed in the various entities

Qualifications:

CA with MBA or similar post-graduate qualification
10 – 12 year related experience
Financial compliance
Detailed knowledge of financial statements at group level
Financial management
Financial models
Capital raising experience
Related legislation
Pastel Evolution and / or Xero
