Job Description:

Manage all accounting transactions
Prepare budgets and forecasts
Cash flow forecasting and management
Management of collections
Preparation of monthly management accounts with standard costing variance analysis
Prepare annual financial statements in compliance with relevant legislation
Provide accounting/finance related support for system integrations
Provide accounting/finance related support for Business Intelligence integrations and reporting
Ensure data integrity of Business Intelligence tools
Data analysis
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
B-BBEE planning
Managing the B-BBEE verification process
Compilation of reports for submission to business partners
Communicate effectively with business partners
Statutory filing, including PAYE, VAT and income tax submissions
Maintenance of fixed asset register
Preparation of board presentations
Monthly payroll and commission calculations
Managing insurance policies
Building financial models for new products and partners
Provide technical support and advice to management

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting
CA(SA) or CIMA beneficial
Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounting/finance
Experience with financial reporting requirements
Excellent communication

General Math Skills
Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables

Strong Attention to Detail and good analytical skills
