Financial Manager - Randburg

Computer packages: Pastel/SAGE/SAP
Minimum 5 years’ experience in finance management
Matric, Accounting degree/diploma
Valid driver’s license is essential.
Fluency in written and spoken English

A. Prepare a budgets per department and tracking thereof
B. Perform ad hoc, non-routine financial analysis as required by the Director
C. Oversee Debtors and Creditors to ensure correct and ontime processing is taken care of
D. SARS submissions (VAT, EMP) and dealing with any queries relating to SARS
E. Refine and implement monthly and quarterly reporting
F. Managing Foreign requests – Letter of credits, Forward cover contracts in line with projects requirements
G. Preparing Payment lists and co-ordinating payments to suppliers, staff and ad-hoc requests
H. Preparing Foreign payments which includes submission to the bank and tracking thereof
I. Bank recons
J. Oversee Utility bills and property management of the company
K. Any Financial requests from the Director
