Load Payments/ Transfers between currency and main
Main contact to Bank for currency transactions and queries
SARB approval list and documentation submission
Weekly Sign-off to: Review account coding and allocation and Cost centre allocations and outstanding invoices (staging, chep, consignment)
Prepare and Review CF summary to monitor Xero vs Excel.
Review business process with logistics manager and discuss any improvement or blockages to finance.
Logistical documentation and cost – allocation and verification
Review business process with office coordinator and discuss any improvement or blockages to office.
Review Control account
Review Fixed and Operating expense
Review CF with Cash Summary
Review CHEP and Staging Cost centre
Review Intergroup transactions and allocation on Banks.
Prepare provisions if all cost is not received.
VAT reconciliation, prepare and submission there of
VAT prepare of the company Foods and submission to C2M to review to submit SARS.
Prepare any audits on amounts with correct documentation
Management Account preparation and submission
Provisional VAT calculation
Attend financial meetings and give input
BComm in Accounting
5 - 8 years of financial management experience
5 years managing staff and budgets experience
Ability too process and interpret financial data
Ability to present information to an audience
Excellent detail focus & commercial awareness
Excellent planning, prioritizing and analytical skills.
Superb communication and management skills.
